Investment strategy
We develop an investment strategy that is specifically tailored to the objectives of our own investment vehicles. In doing so, we consider factors such as risk tolerance, return expectations and diversification to achieve the best results for our investors.

Sourcing and screening
Through an extensive network and resources, we identify potential acquisition properties that meet the strict investment criteria of our own investment vehicles. In doing so, we conduct thorough screening to ensure the quality and profitability of the properties.

Due Diligence
Before acquiring a property, we conduct a comprehensive due diligence in which we carefully examine all relevant legal, technical and financial aspects. In close cooperation with renowned partners, we minimise risks and optimise the investment process.

Transaction structure and contract conclusion
We take responsibility for the entire transaction process, from negotiating the terms of the contract to the successful completion of the transaction. We work closely with all parties involved to ensure that all aspects of the transaction are handled professionally and transparently.

Implementation and asset management
After acquiring the properties, we hand them over to our experienced asset management team. They take over the management and optimisation of the properties in order to achieve stable income in the long term.

Our focus is on a long-term perspective and the sustainable value enhancement of our own investment vehicles through a professional investment management strategy.
