Mission

The two residential properties in Wetzikon were to be sold to an institutional owner as part of a two-stage bidding process. The properties have considerable potential for refurbishment, which is demonstrated to the investors in the transaction process.

Solution

Semi-professional/professional investors and non-profit organisations from the Avobis network were approached during the sales process. A particular focus was placed on investors who could profitably utilise the existing redevelopment potential.

Success

We acquired an owner-managed property company that would like to develop the properties in the medium to long term. The owner’s sales price expectations were met in full.
