Mission

The residential and commercial property in Zurich’s Mühlebach neighbourhood was to be sold to a non-profit owner as part of a two-stage bidding process. The aim was to find an owner-occupier for whom the excellent quality of the property’s location would add value.

Solution

Semi-professional/professional investors and state institutions from the Avobis network were approached during the sales process. Special attention was also paid to neighbouring owners and potential owner-occupiers.

We were able to find an owner-occupier who would like to develop the property in the long term. As a result, the owner’s sales price expectations were met in full.
