Mission
As part of the «Métamorphose» project, the Fondation Bois-Gentil and the Fondation de l’Orme decided to cooperate in order to build two nursing homes on the same site. The aim was to share premises and services in order to optimise care for residents as well as costs. The total cost of the construction was CHF 39.5 million.

Successful negotiation and conclusion of two separate credit agreements including a cantonal guarantee at the most favourable conditions on the market.
