The services of the two companies complement each other perfectly and together they have great growth potential. This merger strengthens the market position of both companies and offers particular added value for their customers.

In July 2020, Avobis acquired pro ressource, a boutique financing agency focused on mortgages for enterprises, real-estate companies, non-profit housing developers, and the public sector. This acquisition represents a significant expansion of the company’s services portfolio to include financing concepts and solutions involving investors from the banking and non-banking sectors.

Avobis is the largest independent real estate and mortgage service provider in Switzerland today, with a volume of more than CHF 17 billion.

In 2018 Avobis' specialized asset manager Fixlend was acquired with the aim of expanding that competence throughout the group.

With the acquisition of Hypothekenbörse AG 2017, the Avobis Group acquired a broker and a mortgage manager with a business volume of more than CHF 3 billion.

In 2016, Avobis was established out from Hypotheken Servicing Schweiz AG and Rodrigo & Abegg Immobilien AG.

In 2015, Avobis made the strategic decision to combine Servicing, Debt Advisory and Real Estate Advisory under one roof with new group management.

In 2006, Hypotheken Servicing Schweiz AG became a specialized mortgage processing company.

In 1997, the founding of the company Rodrigo & Abegg AG laid the cornerstone for Avobis more than 20 years ago; Over the following decades, the units successfully established themselves as independent service providers.
